God is Everywhere
Psalm 139:7-10 (NLT2)
I can never escape from your Spirit! I can never get away from your presence! 8 If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the grave, you are there. 9 If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, 10 even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me.
In a world where people often feel alone or disconnected, the truth that God is everywhere brings incredible comfort. Jeremiah 23 reminds us that there is no place we can hide from God, while Psalm 139 reveals that His presence is not just near—it is personal, guiding, and sustaining. Wherever we go, God is already there.
Jeremiah 23:23-24 (NLT2)
Am I a God who is only close at hand?” says the LORD. “No, I am far away at the same time. 24 Can anyone hide from me in a secret place? Am I not everywhere in all the heavens and earth?” says the LORD.
This means God is not distant from your struggles, your routines, or your quiet moments. He is present in every conversation, every decision, and every season of life. His presence is not passive—He actively guides and strengthens us.
But God’s presence is not just something we experience—it is something we reflect. As followers of Jesus, we are called to make His presence known to others. Through our words, actions, and love, we become reminders to a watching world that they are not alone.
