On November 13, 2024, the Beach Church team held our first Annual Planning Meeting. It was a day of celebration, reflection, and looking ahead. Each ministry department shared its “wins” for 2024 and strategic goals for 2025. We have seen God move powerfully in 2024, with over 180 baptisms, 83 salvations, and a 67% growth in worship attendance since 2022! We have experienced incredible life-change across our worship, Life Groups, family ministries, and beyond.
Since 2012, Beach Church has received a special Christmas Offering every year. Over the past twelve years, we’ve raised over $912,000 for local and global ministry partners and special church projects. But this year, I believe God is calling us to something different.
For this year’s Christmas Offering, I believe God is leading us to set a God-sized, leap-of-faith goal—to make Beach Church debt-free.
In the past, we have raised money to support global ministries and missions. We have served and supported local ministries—and God blessed every one of those efforts. But this year, I believe God desires us to pave the way for unhindered ministry here in Myrtle Beach and beyond.
Paying off our mortgage will allow us to expand God's Kingdom in ways we never imagined possible. Without this burden, we can multiply our impact, leading countless lives into a life-changing relationship with Jesus—both here and around the world.
Some of you remember the challenges we faced in 2022—attendance and giving were down, and many thought Beach Church might be out for the count. But God wasn't done. The wins we are celebrating today are proof, and I want you to hear this:
God is just getting started moving through Beach Church!
We have witnessed God move in powerful ways.Over the last year, our Children’s Ministry has grown 50% over 2022. Outreach Magazine has recognized us as the #58 fastest-growing church in America. We have given away over 900 Bibles in our weekend services.

I know this is a BIG ask.
I often pray, “God, keep me out of your way to let you work.” Truthfully, this year, I almost got in God’s way regarding the Christmas Offering. I almost let doubt and fear dictate the plan instead of obeying the Spirit’s prompting. But I refuse to limit what God wants to do through us!
If we have learned anything from our recent journey, it is this: GOD IS NOT FINISHED CHANGING LIVES THROUGH BEACH CHURCH.
As your Pastor, I am convinced that the Lord desires us to be debt-free. So, I’m asking—let's dig deep, give sacrificially, and see what the Lord will do!
Our mortgage balance is $571,169, with a monthly payment of $16,400
